Biography
Kuspan Rollan Kabylovich was born on the 16th of September 1987 in Makhambet district of Atyrau oblast.
2005-2009 – Graduated from Eurasian National University named after L.Gumilev, Bachelor of Accounting and Audit.
2012-2014 – Graduated from Humanitarian-Technical University named after Zhambyl, Bachelor of Laws.
2013-2015 – Graduated from Eurasian National University named after L.Gumilev, Master of Regional Studies.
He started his career in 2009 as an accountant at the Association of Legal Entities “Youth Congress of Kazakhstan”.
2010-2012 – Deputy Director of the Association.
2012-2013 – Acting Director of the Association.
2013-2014 – Executive Director of the Association.
2014-2015 – Deputy Director of the Corporate Republican Fund of the Youth Branch of “ZhasOtan”.
01.2016-04.2016 – Accountant at the Government Agency “Youth Policy Department of Almaty”.
