Biography
Yerlan Sagyndykovich Galiyev was born in 1982 on August 1 in the city of Karaganda, Karaganda region.
In 2003, he graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy, in 2006, the E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University, in 2012, the Modern Humanitarian and Technical Institute, specializing in law, master of law, bachelor of economics.
He began his career in 2004 as a Leading Specialist of the Department of Justice of the Karaganda region.
In 2004-2008, he worked as a Leading Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of the Department of the Department of Justice of the Karaganda region, 2008-2011, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the city of Temirtau, Karaganda region, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the Abay district of the Karaganda region.
In 2011-2015, he worked as an advisor to the city akim, Head of the Akim's Office of the city of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.
In 2015, he was the Deputy Director of GlobalSnabvest LLP in the city of Atyrau.
Since June 22, 2015 he has been the head of the Department of Information Technology of the Akim's Office of Atyrau region.
