I, Bailiff Denis Mikhailovich, was born on June 6, 1997 in the city of Karaganda, Karaganda region. I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Place of residence Osakarovka settlement of Osakarovsky district of Karaganda region.
In 2015, after graduating from the 11th grade in gymnasium No. 9 of the village of Osakarovka, he entered the "Multidisciplinary Humanitarian and Technical College" in Karaganda, majoring in Finance, in June 2017 he received a diploma.
In September 2017, he entered the Karaganda University of Economics in absentia, majoring in Economics, and received a diploma in June 2020.
