Head of the Alginsky District Department of Economics and Budget Planning. Prior to her appointment to this position, she worked as deputy akim of the Alginsky district.
The recipient of the award is the "best civil servant", the Jubilee Medal "25 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the letters of the Akim of the region and the Akim of the district.
