Ormanov Aibek Ergalievich was born on January 14, 1992 in Kyzylorda city. Higher education.
In 2013 he graduated the International University of Information Technologies with a degree «Computer Engineering and Software»;
In 2015, he received a master's degree in «Computer Science» from the Federal State Autonomous University of St. Petersburg, Russian Federation;
In 2017 he graduated the Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree «Еconomics and business».
He began his career in 2016 as a specialist in the organizational and inspection department of the akim's office of Kyzylorda сity;In 2016-2018, he was the chief specialist of the department of mobilization training, territorial defense and contact with law enforcement agencies of the akim's office of Kyzylorda city;In 2018-2020, he held the position of assistant to the city akim - chief inspector;On September 18, 2020, by order of the city akim, he was appointed head of the KSU "City Department of Physical Culture and Sports" of the Kyzylorda City Akimat.
