Biography
Mellyatova Roza Ibragimovna was born in 1966 in the city of Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda region. She graduated from the Karaganda Cooperative Institute with a degree in Economics of Trade.
She began her career in 1988 as a trade inspector of the department for organizing progressive forms of trade in the city of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda regional trade department.
From 1991 to 1992 she was an accountant, computer operator of the Shakhty dairy plant.
From 1992 to 1996, she was appointed as a state tax inspector of the profit tax department, cooperative, small, collective and individual enterprises of the state tax inspectorate for the city of Shakhtinsk.
From 2000 to 2001, she worked as the director of the State Enterprise "Shakhty Labor Exchange" of the Karaganda Regional Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Population.
From 2001 to 2003, she worked as a merchandiser in the marketing and sales department of Moneta Dietergens LLP.
From 2003 to 2005, she worked as the director of the State Enterprise "Shakhty City Employment Center" of the Karaganda Regional Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Population.
From 2005 to the present, he has been the head of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Shakhtinsk".
