Biography
Orynbayev Bekzat Mukhtarovich was born in 1989 in the village of Akdala. In 2007, he graduated from Akdala secondary school. From 2007 to 2011, he studied at the Kazakh National Agrarian University "ecology", the Academy "Kainar" in Almaty, majoring in "jurisprudence".
He started his career in 2016 as a leading specialist in the Office of the Akim of Zhideli rural district. On December 24, 2016, he was appointed Chief Specialist of the Office of the Akim of Bakanas rural district. On September 21, 2020, he was appointed deputy akim of Bakanas rural district in the order of transfer. On September 15, 2021, he worked as a methodologist instructor for sports in the Office of the Akim of Akdala rural district. Since February 22, 2022, he has been working as an expert of the Balkhash District branch of the Amanat party.
