Saduakas Nursultan Shakizadayevich was born on January 21, 1993 in Zhosaly village, Karmakshy district, Kyzylorda region. Nationality - Kazakh, education - higher.In 2013 he graduated the Kazakh National University named afterAl-Farabi with a degree «Hydrometeorology», in 2015 graduated the New Economic University named after Turar Ryskulov with a degree «Finance».
From 2014 to 2015, he held the position of assistant of the deputy akim of the city.From 2015 to 2016, he held the position of the chief specialist in the department for the development of the electronic akimat and monitoring of public services of the akim's office of Kyzylorda city.In 2016, he was transferred to the position of chief inspector of the department for the development of the electronic akimat and monitoring of public services of the akim's office of Kyzylorda city.From August 19, 2020, he was appointed the head of the department for the development of the electronic akimat and monitoring of public services of the akim's office of the city of Kyzylorda.
