Biography
Belgibayev Olzhas Talgatovich was born on May 9, 1989 in Aleksandrovka village of Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region.
In 2007, he graduated from the Almaty Multidisciplinary Technical College of Economics, Accounting and Audit with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Auditing.

In 2007, he graduated from the Almaty Multidisciplinary Technical College of Economics with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Audit, and in 2010, from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Auditing. In 2020 he graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in "Finance" and in 2020 with a degree in "Master of Psychology" from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.
In 2010 he graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Finance, with a degree in Psychology in 2020. T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University in 2010 with a degree in finance and in 2020 with a master's degree in psychology graduated from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.
