The Ethics Officer of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides civil servants with advice on compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of civil service, anti-corruption, and the Code of Ethics; promotes the formation of a culture of relations that complies with generally accepted moral and ethical standards within the team; monitors and controls compliance with the standards of professional ethics by civil servants; receives civil servants and other citizens in case of their appeals or at least once a month according to the schedule; submits proposals to the head of the state body on rewarding individuals who have made a significant contribution to the formation of a positive image of the state body and a positive climate in the team, etc.
