Omarov Yerlan Naimanbayuly

He was born on July 3, 1985 in Almaty region. In 2011 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Finance.

He began his career in 2007 as an inspector of the Office of one-time coupons in Almaty, and then moved to the department of market administration.

In 2010 he was hired as a chief specialist of the department of entrepreneurship and industry development of Medeu district akim's office of Almaty, in 2011 he became the head of the department.

In 2012 he started working as a chief specialist of the trade department of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of Almaty, in 2020 he became the head of the department.

From 2020 to the present he works as a chief specialist of the department for monitoring the activities of industrial enterprises of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Investment of Almaty.
