Biography
Born in 1998 in the Turkistan Region.
Education:
Obtained a higher legal education, graduating from D. A. Kunaev University with a degree in Law.
- 2021 — began his professional career in the judicial system as a court bailiff.
- 2022–2025 — Chief Specialist of the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses of Almaty.
- 2025 — Chief Specialist of the Almaty City Court.
- 2025–2026 — Chief Specialist and Court Session Secretary of the Cassation Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- 2026 — Chief Specialist of the Almaty City Court.
- 2026–present — Head of the State and Legal Department of the Office of the Akim of the Almaly District of Almaty.
Over the years of service in the judicial system and executive authorities, he has gained substantial practical experience in law enforcement, ensuring compliance with legislation, and protecting state and public interests.
