Tasemenov Aibek Zhakhanbaevich

Aibek Zhakhanbaevich Tasemenov was born on May 27, 1985. In 2008, he graduated from the Almaty Law Academy of KazGUU with a degree in Jurisprudence, in 2011 from the Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a degree in Finance, and in 2013, he completed a Master's degree in State and Local Government at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He completed internships in Japan, the Netherlands, and Germany.

He began his career in 2008 as a freelance lecturer, then worked as a chief specialist and department head in the Internal Policy Department of the Zhambyl Region Akimat.

From 2014 to 2019, he was the head of the Investment and Industrial Development Department of the Zhambyl Region Akim's Office.

From 2019 to 2020, he was the Taraz city representative at Aurum Deutschland LLP.

Over the years, he held various positions at Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, part of the Baiterek National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan).

From 2022 to 2025, he was the head of the Taraz City Akim's Office in the Zhambyl Region.

From 2025 to 2026, he was the deputy akim of the T. Ryskulovsky District and head of the department of entrepreneurship, industry, and tourism of the Baizak District Akimat.
From June 1, 2026 to the present day, the Ethics Commissioner of the Office of the Akim of the Zhambyl Region.
