Biography
Berdalin Talgat was born on March 31, 1972 in the Baiganinsky district of the Aktobe region.
In 1994 he graduated from the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in History and Law, in 2018 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Economics.
He began his career in 1994 as the director of the Amangeldy incomplete secondary school.
1999 - 2006 - Principal of the Akrab basic school.
2006 - 2017 - Akim of the Karabulak rural district.
2017 - 2018 - chief specialist of the Karagash rural district, akim of the rural district.
2018 - 2019 - Head of the State Institution "Alginsky District Department of Employment and Social Programs".
2019 - 2020 - Deputy Akim of the city of Aktobe.
2020 - 2022 - Leading specialist of the apparatus of the akim of the Beskospinsky rural district, leading specialist of the Alga district department of internal policy, chief specialist of the apparatus of the akim of the Tamdinsky rural district, akim of the Karagash rural district.
Since January 2023, he has been working as akim of the Karabulak rural district.
Married, has 4 children.
