Biography
Fedyushkina Elvira Ivanovna was born in 1967 in the village of Petreshty, Ungheni region, Republic of Moldova. In 2002 she graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsobz with a degree in Finance and Credit.
She began her career in 1986 as a technologist at the Falesti branch of the BPMO, Republic of Moldova.
From 1987 to 1992 she worked as a policeman in the Shakhty GOVD.
From 1992 to 1996 she worked as an economist in the accounting department of the Shakhty RCC.
From 1996 to 1998 she worked as a senior economist at the Shakhty branch of a budget bank.
From 1998 to 2005 she worked as the chief treasurer of the operational department of the Shakhty city department of the Treasury.
From 2005 to 2007 she worked as the head of the structural unit - head of the state budget execution sector of the Shakhty city department of the Treasury of the Treasury Department for the Karaganda region.
In 2007 she worked as chief specialist - chief treasurer of the financial group and registration of obligations of the Shakhty city department of the Treasury of the Department of the Treasury for the Karaganda region
From 2007 to 2010, she worked as the chief specialist of the sector for coordinating the budget execution process of the State Institution “Department of Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
From 2010 to 2011, she worked as a leading specialist in the financial support group, the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Shakhtinsk, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Karaganda region.
From 2011 to 2012, she worked as the chief specialist of the sector for coordinating the budget execution process, State Institution “Department of Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
From 2012 to 2014, she worked as the chief specialist of the sector for coordinating the process of budget execution and communal property management of the State Institution “Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
From 2014 to 2018, she worked as the chief specialist of the budget planning and budget execution sector of the State Institution “Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
From July 2, 2018 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy Head of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the city of Shakhtinsk".
