Biography
In 2005 he graduated from Ust-Kamenogorsk College of Economics and Finance with a degree in Evaluation.
From 2007 to 2009, he received higher education at the Kazakh-American Free University, majoring in Finance
He started his career in August 2005 as a micro-crediting specialist at Currency TransitMicrocredit LLP
From July 2006 to July 2007, he worked as an expert appraiser of the Vostok Evaluation Center LLP
From February to August 2008 he worked as a leading specialist of the property valuation department of LLP "TSNO" SERT"
From August to September 2008, he worked as a specialist (assistant appraiser) of the property valuation department of LLP "TSNO" SERT"
From January 2010 to January 2012 he worked as a specialist of the Department for work with law enforcement agencies of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the East Kazakhstan region"
