Biography
Abisheva Gulmira Bulatovna was born in the Karaganda region on February 10, 1973.
In 1995 she graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketova, majoring in Finance and Credit.
In 1995 - 1997, she worked as a specialist in the securities department of Bank Umit JSC, senior cashier at TPO Niyaz & K.
In 1997-1999 she worked as a specialist, head of the sector of the Agency for the Reorganization and Liquidation of Insolvent Debtors in the Karaganda region.
In 1999-2004, she worked as deputy head of department, head of department of the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Karaganda region.
In 2004 - 2015, she worked as a specialist, head of the department of economic management and budget planning.
In 2016 - 2018, she worked as the chief inspector of the organizational and inspection department of the administration of the akim of the Karaganda region.
From July 27, 2018 to the present - Deputy Head of the Department of Economics of the Karaganda region.
