Biography
Onsovich Nikolay Bronislavovich was born in 1979 in the town of Shahtinsk of the Karaganda region. In 2000, he graduated from Karaganda state University named after E. A. Buketov speciality in political Science, political science, and political science teacher. In 2002, he graduated from the Kazakh humanitarian law University speciality in Law, lawyer, and in 2012, he graduated from the Karaganda state University named after E. A. Buketov speciality in political Science, master of social Sciences. In 2016, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and statistics with a degree in Economics, bachelor of Economics and business. in 2018, he graduated from Karaganda state University named after academician E. A. Buketov speciality in History, bachelor of education.
His career started in 1999 as a senior specialist of Department of organizational and personnel work of the GI «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk town », then worked as leading specialist of Department of organizational and personnel work of the si «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk town ».
From 2000 to 2002, he held the posts of head of Department of organizational and personnel policy of the GI «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk town », head of Department of organizational-personnel work and legal support Gi «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk town », head of Department of control and documentation support si «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk town ».
From 2002 to 2003, he held the positions of head of Department of organizational-personnel work and legal support GI «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk town », head of Department of organizational and personnel work of the GI «A kim's Apparatus of Shakhtinsk city ».
From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a lawyer for KSP « Gorkomkhoz » of the town akimat.
From 2009 to 2010, he worked as the chief lawyer of the Department of personnel and legal support and public procurement of the KGP « Gorkomkhoz » of the Shakhtinsk town akimat.
From October 26, 2010 to the current appointment, he served as the head of the state institution « Department of education, physical culture and sports of the town of Shakhtinsk ».
