Biography
He was born on February 13, 1983 in Karatobinsky district of West Kazakhstan region. Kazakh by nationality, higher education. In 2004 he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K.Zhubanov with a degree in Music Teacher, in 2015 from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Finance.
He began his career in 2000 as a teacher at the Martuk Children's Art School named after K. Medetov, where he rose to the position of school director.
From 2016 to 2021, he worked as akim of the Aktogay rural district, head of the Martuk district Department of Culture and Language Development, deputy akim of the Martuk district.
From 2021 to 2022, he headed the Department for the Development of languages of the Aktobe region.
From October 2022 to the present, he has held the position of akim of the Almaty district of Aktobe.
