He was born in 1985. Graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (customs economist), Kokshetau University named after Abai Myrzakhmetov (Master of Law)

Organization and control over the timely execution of orders from the Head of State, the Presidential Administration, the Prime Minister, and the Prime Minister's Office. Ensuring the implementation of the Lotus Notes program in working with electronic and other applications of individuals and legal entities, personal reception of citizens by the leadership of the regional akimat, ensuring the use of modern electronic technologies for documenting, recording documents and document flow, improving the management of office work on applications of individuals and legal entities in the offices of akims of the region, cities and districts, regional administrations and departments. Organization of interaction with civil society in the work on the consideration of citizens' appeals. Organization of a personal reception, online reception of citizens by the akim of the region, deputy akim of the region, organization of consideration of their appeals. Identification of the content of the analysis of appeals and systemic problems raised by the applicants, the formation of a map of problematic issues by districts and settlements of the region.
