Biography
In 1993 she graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, specialty «Civil engineer», in 2012 she graduated from the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, specialty «State and local administration»
She started her career in 1994 as an economist at the Abay city communications center;
1999 - worked as a Secretary of the Commission on juvenile Affairs, chief specialist of the Department of management and reform of housing and communal services of the office of the mayor of Zhezkazgan;
2000 - chief specialist of the Department of operational management and reform of housing and communal services of the office of the mayor of Zhezkazgan;
2002 - chief specialist of the Department of internal policy and social sphere of the office of the mayor of Shakhtinsk;
2003 - 2011 - she worked as a Mayor of the village Novodolinskiy of Shakhtinsk city;
2011 - 2013 - chief specialist of the Department for monitoring the quality of public services and development of information technologies of the regional akim's office;
2013 - 2015 - head of the Department of control over the provision of public services of the regional akim's office;
2015 - 2017 - the city she worked as a chief specialist of the Department of information technology development and control over the provision of public services of the regional akim's office;
From July 2 to July 20, 2018-chief specialist of the Department of control over the provision of public services of the state institution «Department of Informatization, provision of public services and archives of the Karaganda region»;
On July 20, 2018, she was appointed head of the Department of control over the provision of public services of the state institution «Department of Informatization, public services and archives of the Karaganda region».
