Shlykova Zaure Sagbaevna was born on December 18, 1962 in the city of Balkhash, Karaganda region. Nationality-Kazakh.
In 1985, he graduated with honors from the Karaganda order of the red banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute with a degree in "Organization and Economics of the mining industry", mining engineer-economist
She started her career in 1985 at the Balkhash mining and metallurgical combine as an inspector of the Department of technical training and personnel. Until 1990, she worked in various positions (economist-Normalizer of the planning and economic Department, engineer for labor rationing of BMZ) in the production shops of bmmc. From mid-1990 until 1994, she worked at small businesses. In 1996-2001, she worked in the civil service in the office of the mayor of Balkhash as a chief specialist of the economy Committee. From may to November 2001, she worked as a leading specialist in the Balkhash city statistics Department. From the end of 2001 until 2004, she headed the city economy Committee of the Balkhash city administration. Since April 2004, she worked as the head of the Balkhash city statistics Department. In August 2005, she was appointed head of the Department of economy and budget planning of Balkhash city. in connection with the reorganization in 2013, she was appointed head of the Department of economy and Finance of Balkhash city.
