He started his career in 2004 as a chief specialist of the organizational and methodological Department Of the Department of internal policy of the Akmola region.

From 2005 to 2006, he worked as a chief specialist of the administrative Department Of the Department of internal policy of the Akmola region.

From 2006 to 2007, chief specialist of the analysis and monitoring Department of the Department of internal policy of the Akmola region.

From 2007 to 2008, chief specialist of the consolidated analytical Department of the Department of Finance of the Akmola region.
