Biography
Serik Omirzakovich baizhumanov, on November 10, 1962, arrived in the village of zhansugurova in Aksu district of Taldykorgan region.
In 1970 he entered the secondary school named after Satpayev, located in the village Jaspur, and finished it in 1980. In 1980, he entered the Road construction Institute in Ust-Kamenogorsk, where he graduated with a degree in road engineering.
Since 1985, he worked as chief engineer of a road repair facility in the Aksu district of Taldy-Kurgan region until 1990. In 1990, he was appointed a district inspector of the Aksu district Department of internal Affairs and worked until 1994.In 1992 he graduated from the Karaganda higher school of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 1996 he graduated from the Karaganda higher school of the state Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Law.
From 1994 to 1998, he worked as an operative of the Department for combating economic crime in the Aksu district.From 1998 to 1999, he worked as the head of the traffic police Department of the Aksu district police Department, from 1998 to 2011-Deputy head of the internal Affairs Department of the Aksu district. From 2005 to 2011, he worked as a leading specialist of the SB FS of BTA Bank JSC, from 2015 to 2017, he worked as a Deputy Director of DMSU-22AB LLP.
Since August 2017, he has been appointed as the mayor of Syrttanovsky rural district.
Since may 2019, he has been appointed akim of Aksu rural district.
Today I am married and have 3 children.
