Ivashevsky Andrey Vladimirovich

Ivashevsky Andrey Vladimirovich, was born on February 26, 1981 in the city of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.
In 2001, he graduated from the modern Humanitarian Institute of the city of Moscow, majoring in Law.

He started his career in 2002 as a legal adviser at Vodokanal PC.

In 2004, he worked as a legal adviser at Karuglesbyt LLP.

From 2004 to 2005, he worked as a legal adviser at Shakhtinskaya TPP LLP.

In July 2005, he was appointed as a legal adviser at Iron Shik Corporation LLP.

From 2005 to 2006, he worked as a legal adviser at Shalkar LLP.

From 2006 to 2008, he worked as a legal adviser at Shakhtinskaya TPP LLP.

From 2008 to 2009, he served as the head of the legal department at Shakhtinskaya TPP LLP.

From 2010 to 2014, he held the position of Legal Counsel at the Department of Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk.

In 2014, he was appointed as a Legal Counsel at the Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk.

From 2015 to 2019, he served as the Head of the Department of Municipal Property Management and Public Procurement Coordination at the Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk.

From 2019 to 2026, he held the position of head of the sector for the organization and coordination of public procurement, municipal property management, digitalization and implementation of PPP projects at the Department of Economics and Finance of Shakhtinsk.

From March 2026 to the present, he holds the position of head of the Department of state and legal work of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Shakhtinsk".
