Biography
Salkimbayeva Aigul Kayrullovna was born in 1972 in the town of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region. In 1994, she graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction, civil engineer. In 2007, she graduated from the Karaganda Institute of Contemporary Education «Bolashak» with a Bachelor of law degree.
She started her career in 1994 as a master of the construction site, Saransk mine-building Department of the Order of the red banner of Labor of the Karagandashakhstroy combine.
From 1995 to 1996, she worked as a category 2 specialist in the accounting and reporting department of the Shakhtinsk town department of social protection of the population.
From 1996 to 1997, she was the chief specialist of the accounting and reporting department of the Shakhtinsk town department of social protection.
In 1997, she held the position of chief specialist in social insurance of the Shakhtinsk town department of social protection of the population. After that, she became the head of the accounting and reporting department of the Shakhtinsk town department of social protection of the population.
From 1997 to 1998, she worked as a senior specialist of the Shakhtinsk town branch of the center for pension payment of the Karaganda regional branch for pension payment.
From 1998 to 1999, she worked as the chief specialist of the Shakhtinsk town branch of the center for pension payment of the Karaganda regional branch for pension payment.
In 1999, she worked as the chief specialist of the department of organizational and personnel work of the GI « Apparatus of the mayor of Shakhtinsk », after which she became the head of the department of organizational and personnel work of the GI « Apparatus of the mayor of Shakhtinsk », in 2000, she served as the head of the department of organizational and personnel policy of the GI « Apparatus of the mayor of Shakhtinsk ».
From 2000 to 2002, she was the head of the department of organizational and personnel policy of the GI «Office of the mayor of Shakhtinsk».
From January 1, 2002 until the current appointment, she held the position of head of the department of organizational and personnel work and legal support of the GI «Office of the mayor of Shakhtinsk«».
