Seilkanova Aliya Asylkanovna

Seilkanova Aliya Asylkanova, born October 30, 1983, in Shakhtinsk, Karaganda Region.
In 2004, she graduated from the Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Economics and Management in Finance, Credit, and Industry.
In 2012, she graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Jurisprudence.

From 2005 to 2008, she served as the Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the City of Shakhtinsk."
From 2008 to 2011, she served as the Chief Specialist of the Department of Analysis, Monitoring of Budget Programs, and Accounting of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the City of Shakhtinsk."
From 2011 to 2015, she served as the Chief Specialist of the Department of Monitoring the Social Sphere and Provision of Public Services of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the City of Shakhtinsk."
From 2015 to 2024, she held the position of Head of the Organizational Work Department of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the City of Shakhtinsk."
In 2024, she served as the Chief Specialist of the Department of Economic Analysis and Monitoring of the Department of Economy of the Karaganda Region.
From 2024 to 2026, she served as the Chief Public Relations Specialist in the Organizational Work Department of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Shakhtinsk."
On March 2, 2026, she was appointed Head of the Organizational Work Department of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Shakhtinsk."
