Kosherbayev Tolegen Bayanbaevich

Tolegen Bayanbayevich Kosherbayev was born on November 12, 1962 in the village of Beregovoye, Kachirsky district, Pavlodar region.

In 1988 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute with a degree in Zootechny.

In 2003 he graduated from S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University with a degree in Economics.

He was awarded in 2012 with the badge "Enbek danky II degree", in 2016 with the medal "Eren enbegi ushin".

The total work experience is 37 years. Public service experience of over 30 years.

He started his career in 1980 in the village of Beregovoy, Kachirsky district, Pavlodar region.

In the period from 1981-1982 he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army, after the service he continued to work in the village of Beregovoye.

In 1988, he worked as a zootechnician at the state farm of Beregovaya, Kachirsky district.

In 1992, he was appointed head of the administration of the Coastal rural district, Kachirsky district.

Since 1996, he continued his service as akim of the Coastal rural district, Kachirsky district.

In The Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region was accepted as the chief specialist of the Department of harvesting and processing of agricultural products in 2002.

In 2008, he was appointed head of the Department of harvesting and processing of agricultural products of the Department of Agriculture of the Pavlodar region.

In 2013, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region.

In 2019, with a change in the management structure, he again headed the department of harvesting and processing of agricultural products and worked in this position until June 10, 2022

On June 13, 2022, following the results of the competition, he was appointed deputy head of the Department of Agriculture of the Pavlodar region.
