Gubashev Adilzhan Isataevich – born in 1975 year, in 1998 year, he graduated from the Kazakh National technical university with the degree in "automation and management in the technical systems", in 2006 he graduated from the Caspian public university with the degree in «jurisprudence", in 2012 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan engineering humanitarian university with the degree in « record-keeping and audit ".
1999-2009 – served in custom authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010-2016 – Chief Specialist, Division Manager, Housing and Utility Services, Passenger transport and Highways of Uralsk Department Deputy Manager.
2016-2018 –Manager of Public Procurement Department of West Kazakhstan Region.
