Biography
Zhumabekov Ilyas Seipylgazinovich was born on May 18, 1992, in the village of Zhansugurov, Aksu District, Zhetysu Region.
Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nationality – Kazakh.
In 2015, he graduated from the Academy of Economics and Law named after U.A. Zholdasbekov with a degree in Information Systems.
In 2025, he graduated from the Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He began his professional career in 2012 at LLP "Arena S" as a technical specialist.
From 2014 to 2021, he worked at LLP "Gulser Computers" as a sales specialist and supervisor, responsible for organizing sales and supervising staff performance.
Since 2023, he has been serving in the public sector at the Akimat of the city of Taldykorgan, holding the position of Chief Specialist in the Department for Documentation Support and Control over the Consideration of Citizens’ Appeals.
In April 2024, he continued his work at the Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Zhetysu Region, serving as Chief Specialist of the Mobilization Training Division.
Since October 2025, he has been working as Head of the Department for Monitoring of Public Services and Information Technologies of the Akimat of Uyghur District, Almaty Region.
