Biography
Born on January 30, 1963 in May state farm, May district, Pavlodar region.
In 1988, he graduated with honors from the Pavlodar red army agricultural technical school with a degree in "Technician-mechanic-organizer". Higher education, in 2013 he graduated from S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar state University with a degree in Transport, transport equipment and technology.
He started his career as a locksmith at the May state farm in 1980. In 1981, he graduated from the school of drivers in May driving school, after which he worked as a driver in the state farm May. In 1984-1986, he served in the Soviet army. Since 1988, he worked as a foreman, chief engineer at the May state farm. In 1992, he was transferred to the state farm Sputnik as chief engineer. From 1998-2011 he worked as a Governor Careerexchange rural district of Maisky region.

15 Jan 2012 the law "On elections of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Arynov Gibadat Tursynovich was elected Deputy of the Pavlodar region, May area Careerexchange rural district No. 3.
At the 1st organizational session of the maslikhat, he was elected Secretary of the May district maslikhat of the V convocation.
20 March 2016 by the law of RK "On elections of the Republic of Kazakhstan" " Arynov Gibadat Tursynovich re-elected Deputy of the Pavlodar region, May area Careerexchange rural district No. 3.
At the 1st organizational session of the maslikhat, he was again elected Secretary of the May district maslikhat of the VI convocation.
