Biography
Esentaev Nurlan Bolatovich was born in 1964 in the Ulyanovsk region of the Karaganda region. In 1986 he graduated from the Karaganda Order of the Red Banner of Labor at the Polytechnic Institute with a degree in automobiles and automobile economy. In 2004 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in personnel management. In 2017, the Karaganda Academy "Bolashak" majoring in "Law".
1986-1992 yy. – controller, mechanic of the technical condition of the rolling stock of the plant No. 1 "Ekibastuzshakhtastroy" in the Pavlodar region.
1992-1998 yy. – chief mechanic, deputy chief for the operation of ATP Trust of the Ekibastuzenergozhilpromstroy motor transport enterprise in the Pavlodar region.
1998-2000 yy. – chief specialist of the reforming of housing and communal services, transport and communications of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the city of Karaganda".
2000-2003 yy. – Chief Specialist, Head of the Transport and Communications Department, Deputy Head of the State Institution “Directorate for the Reform of the Housing and Public Utilities Transport and Communications” under the akim of Karaganda.
2003-2007 yy. – chief specialist of the department of transport and communications, passenger transport department of the state institution "Management of passenger transport and roads of the Karaganda region."
2007-2010 yy. – chief specialist of the department of control on roads, expert of the control department for automobile transport, chief expert of the control department for automobile and railway transport of the Committee for Transport Control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010-2011 yy. – Deputy Head, Chief Transport Regional Inspector for the Kyzylorda Oblast at the Ontustik Interregional Inspectorate.
2011-2013 yy. – chief expert of the department of control on automobile transport of the Committee for Transport Control of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2014-2017 yy. – Head of the Transport Control Inspectorate for the North Kazakhstan Region, Deputy Head of the Transport Control Inspectorate for the Karaganda Region of the Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In May 2017, he worked as the chief expert of the Department of Control on Road Transport of the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since October 5, 2017, he has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Karaganda Region.
