Biography
Zhumanov Ruslan Dauletbekovich, born in 1981, a native of Tselinograd region, Balkashinsky district, Profintern village. In 2004, he graduated from Kokshetau state University named after sh. Ualikhanov with a degree in engineering. In 2013, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and statistics with a degree in accounting and audit.
He started his career in 2004 as a mechanic at "Akzhules" LLP in Astana.
In 2005, he became a specialist in youth Affairs at the Maksimovsky KFOR.
In 2006-acting chief specialist on agricultural policy of the state institution "Department of agriculture of the Sandyktau district".
In 2006-2011-chief specialist in agricultural policy of the state institution "Department of agriculture of the Sandyktau district".
In 2011-2012-chief specialist in the organization of purchasing and processing of agricultural products of the state institution "Department of agriculture and land relations of the Sandyktau district".
In 2012-2014-Deputy akim of Balkashinsky rural district of Sandyktau district.
