Biography
Kyzbergenov Nurlan Kasymkhanuly was born in 1968 in the Irgiz district.
In 1995 he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Economics.
He began his career in 1989 as a senior economist at the Irgiz District Department of Finance.
In 1990-2007, he worked as a senior inspector, chief inspector, head of the department of the State Tax Inspectorate for the Irgiz district, chief specialist of the Irgiz district branch of the state payment center, head of the department.
From 2007 to 2021, he worked as akim of the Irgiz rural district, deputy akim of the Irgiz district.
From 2021 to 2022, he served as Secretary of the Irgiz District Maslikhat.
From February 17, 2022 to the present - Akim of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region.
