Was born in 1976.
In 1996, she graduated from the Almaty banking College Of the Academy of Kazakh state administration with a degree in Banking.
In 2005, she graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in Economics.
She started her career in 1993 as a senior accounting specialist at Igilik-Bank joint-stock Bank in Almaty.
In 1993-1996 he worked as a chief specialist of accounting Department, leading specialist accountant, Deputy chief accountant of accounting Department of Joint stock Bank "Igilik-Bank", Deputy chief accountant Joint-stock Bank S. Zhambyl district Uzynagash in Almaty region.
In 1996-2001, she worked as a chief specialist of the Economics Department of the akim of the Zhambyl district of Almaty region.
In 2001-2006 - leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the Department of the monitoring and analysis sector of the Department of strategic planning and monitoring Of the Committee of economy of the Almaty region.
