Biography
Ryspekov Kanat Sagymkanovich was born in 1980 on October 22 in the village of Kapal, Kapal district, Almaty region. In 1997, he graduated from the high school named after E. Zhaysanbayev. In 1997-2002, he studied at the KazNAU of Almaty and graduated with a degree in "Standardization and certification of agricultural products". In 2002-2004, he entered and graduated from the Taldykorgan branch of the Academy of labor and social relations as a lawyer.

From 2002 to 2012, he worked in the Department of internal Affairs of the Almaty region. From 2013-2014, head of the Department of housing and communal services of the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Yerkinsky rural district of Taldykorgan". Since December 2014, he was the Deputy akim of Yerkin rural district. On June 1, 2020, he was elected mayor of Yerkin rural district.
