Alpysov Yermek Amantayevich

Alpysov Yermek Amantayevich was born in the North Kazakhstan region in 1971.

He graduated from the Almaty State University named after Abai and Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurova and has two higher educations by profession, he is a teacher of geography and biology, an economist.

He began his labor activity in 1993 in secondary school №156 in Almaty.

Since 2001, Ermek Alpysov has been in the civil service. He was the leading specialist, chief specialist, inspector, head of the department of the Almaty regional department of environmental protection. From 2004 to 2008 he worked as the Deputy Akim of Aksu district of Almaty region. From 2008 to 2012 he was the Deputy Akim of Taldykorgan. From 2012 to 2015 he served as Akim of Taldykorgan.He also worked as a state inspector, deputy head of the department for state control and organizational and territorial work of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.From 2019 to this appointment, he was the Deputy Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since February 15, 2021, he has been appointed Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region for health, SME development, digitalization, labor protection and safety, social protection and employment, development of the agro-industrial complex, environmental protection and environmental management.
