    Biography

    Bekmanov Eskendir Kabyluly was born in 1976 in the Karaganda region. He graduated from the International College of Trade and Industry named after Kh.A. Yassawi.

    He began his career in the prosecutor's office in 2001, holding various positions as assistant and senior assistant to the city prosecutor, deputy district prosecutor, assistant regional prosecutor, and city prosecutor.
