    Biography

    Born March 16, 1975, in Zhambyl Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.

    Higher education: graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2008, and the Institute of Political Science at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2001, and special courses at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023.

    Higher education: graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi in 1998, completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Political Science under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2001,

    Speaks German and English.

    Holds the diplomatic rank of Counselor First Class.

    Has three children.

    In the diplomatic service since - 2002.

    Various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.

    In particular, he worked in the Administrative Department, the Department of Asia and Africa, and the Department of Central Asia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    He also served at the Embassies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and Georgia, at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva (Swiss Confederation), at the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Frankfurt-am-Main (Federal Republic of Germany), and at the Bonn Branch of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Federal Republic of Germany.

    Since September 16, 2025, he has served as Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Brest, Republic of Belarus.

    Awards: Certificate of Honor, Letters of gratitude, and Jubilee Medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
