Ermahanov Azamat Askaruly

By the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 November 2025, Justice Adviser Azzamat Askaryly Ermakhanov has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Pavlodar Region.

He has more than 13 years of experience in law enforcement.

He began his career in 2012 as Acting Assistant Prosecutor of Khromtau District in the Aktobe Region. He subsequently held positions as Assistant Prosecutor of the city of Aktobe in charge of overseeing the legality of judicial acts and representing the state in criminal cases; Assistant Prosecutor of the “Almaty” District of the city of Astana responsible for supervising the legality of court rulings and enforcement proceedings in civil cases; Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere of the Astana City Prosecutor’s Office; Prosecutor, Senior Prosecutor, and Deputy Head of the Department for the Protection of Public Interests of the Astana City Prosecutor’s Office; Semirechye Transport Prosecutor of the Main Transport Prosecutor’s Office; and Prosecutor of the “Baikonyr” District of the Nur-Sultan City Prosecutor’s Office. Since August 2021, he has served as Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Nur-Sultan.

Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Astana.
