Biography
Born on January 30, 1976 in the city of Kostanay, Kostanay region.
Has 2 higher educations, graduated from the Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov: in 1997 in the specialty "History", in 2002 in the specialty "Jurisprudence".
Worked in various positions in state and non-state bodies.
Career:
• Inspector of the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crime in Kostanay Region (September 2001 - July 2004);
• Chief Specialist of the State and Legal Department of the Akim's Office of Kostanay Region (March 2005 - August 2006);
• Consultant of the Department for Control over Compliance with Legislation on Civil Service and the Fight against Corruption of the Office of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Kostanay Region (August 2006 - January 2011);
• Head of the Department for Control over Compliance with Legislation on Civil Service and the Fight against Corruption of the Office of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Kostanay Region (January 2011 - November 2014);
