Amirin Agybai Koishybaevich

Agybai Amirin was born in 1972 in Bayanaul district. In 1995, he graduated from the Pavlodar Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, in 2006 - the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, qualified as a lawyer, and in 2013 - the Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in Economics and Business and Law.

He began his career in 1995 as a teacher of mathematics and computer engineering at the Pavlodar boarding school N3.

Since 1999, he has been teaching and was deputy director of the secondary school of the village of Kuibyshevo in Aksu.

In 2003, he was appointed akim of the village of Akzhol, which was part of the city of Aksu.

In 2006, he joined the Regional Department for Civil Service Affairs, where he was a consultant and headed the department for monitoring compliance with legislation on public service and the fight against corruption.

In 2012, he was appointed head of the organizational and inspection department in the office of the akim of Pavlodar region, in 2014 he became deputy head of the office of the head of the region.

Since 2016 - Akim of Aktogay district.

In 2018, he returned to the office of the akim of Pavlodar region and headed this state institution. Since 2020, he has been Deputy Chief of Staff.

In April 2021, he was appointed deputy akim of the Shcherbakty district and supervised the economy and housing and communal services.
