Higher education.
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Zhetysu Institute, majoring in international law, finance.
He started his career as a lawyer-consultant in Kainar JSC.
Over the years, he worked as a lawyer in the branches of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kazkommertsbank
in Taldykorgan, Director of IP "Tanikeeva M.A.", chief specialist, head of department, head of the city akim's office, deputy akim of Taldykorgan, deputy head of the regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development.
Since July 2016 – Akim of the Koksu district.
Since September 2022 - By the order of the akim of the region , Zhetisu has been appointed akim of the city of Tekeli
