Biography
Turlykhanova Anar Abylaykhanovna, was born on June 14, 1980 in Ayaguz, the East Kazakhstan region, higher education.
In 2001, she graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanai State University with a degree in Kazakh language and literature.
She began her career in 2002 with the secretary-typist of the State Institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Kostanai District”, and since February 2003, she has been acting chief specialist of the State Institution “Apparatus of the Kostanai District Maslikhat”.
From January 2005, the chief specialist, State Institution “Apparatus of the Kostanai District Maslikhat”, from March 2013 to the present, the head of the department of organizational and legal support, State Institution “Apparatus of the Kostanai District Maslikhat”.
