Born on June 16, 1989 in Kegen village of Kegen district of Almaty region.
In 2009, he graduated from Almaty state Polytechnic College. Specialty-programmer technician.
In 2011, he graduated from the Kazakh engineering and technical University.

He started his career in 2009 as a computer science teacher at Kegen secondary school No. 3 in Kegen district. From 2010-2013-Secretary of the office of the akim of Raiymbek district. From 2013-2018-chief specialist - Manager of the office of the akim of Tuyuk rural district. From 2018-2019-chief specialist of the organizational Department of the office of the akim of the Kegen district, Secretary of the antiterrorist Commission.
Since March 01, 2019-head of the organizational Department of the office of the akim of the Kegen district.
On March 3, 2025, he was appointed akim of the Shyrganak rural district.
