Was born on March 29, 1991 in the Turgai region, Esil district, village. Krasnogorsk.
In 2012, he graduated from the State Enterprise "Higher Technical School of Kokshetau", specializing in "Construction of buildings and structures"
In 2015, he graduated from the Kazakh Automobile and Highway Academy named after L. Goncharov, Bachelor of Engineering and Technology (specialty: Construction)
From 2012 to 2017, he worked as a construction technician, leading and chief specialist at the State Institution “Construction Department of Kokshetau City”.
From May 2017 to February 2020 he worked as Deputy Head of the State Institution "Construction Department of Kokshetau City"
From March 2020 to the present, he has been working as the Deputy Head of the Construction Department.
