Biography
Born on May 6, 1974 in the Kegen village of the Kegen district of the Almaty region.
In 1997 he graduated from the Almaty Zootechnical Veterinary Institute, in 2003 - the Kyrgyz Ult-University named after Zhusip Balasagyn. Specialty veterinarian, lawyer.
He began his career in 1991 as a veterinary nurse of the farm No. 2 of the Kegen agricultural cooperative in the Kegen village of the Kegen region.
