Biography
Uzakbay Gulshat Kubirbayevna, born on February 13, 1976, specialist with higher education. In 1999 she graduated from Aktau State University named after Sh. Yessenov with a degree in Arabic language.
Uzakbay Kubirbayevna began her career in 1999 as a teacher of Arabic language at the secondary school named after M. Atymov of the Mangistau district department of education.
From 2001 to 2004 she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of Aktau State University named after Sh. Yessenov.
Since 2006 she has been working in the Department of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mangistau region as a leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the social security department.
