Biography
Born in 1991. Higher education, Bachelor's degree in Economics, Financial Accounting and audit.
He started his career in 2008 as executive secretary of the youth wing "Zhas Otan" of the Tolebi District branch of the Nur Otan Party of the South Kazakhstan region.
From 2011 to 2017, he worked as an operator of the Tolebi District Department of internal policy, acting director of the KSU "Youth Resource Center" of the Tolebi District Department of internal policy, chief treasurer of the preliminary control and payment sales group of the Tolebi district treasury.
From 2017 to 2019, he headed the KSU "Youth Resource Center".
From 2019 to 2023, he held the position of akim of Kogaly rural district.
In November 2024, he was elected akim of Kogaly rural district.
