Biography
In 1997 - graduated from Kazakh state Law University, specialty – law;
2019 – “Turan Astana” University, Master’s degree in Law.
1994 - 1996 – legal assistant «TalantLTD» LLP;
1996 - 1997 – lawyer «KZI Bank» «Kazkommerts-Ziirat international bank»;
1998 - 1998 – bailiff of Bostandyk district court of the Almaty city;
1998 - 1999 – assistant prosecutor of Almaly district, department prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the Centre of legal statistics and information of the Almaty Prosecutor`s Office;
1999-2002 – Prosecutor of the Department for supervision of the legality of consideration of criminal cases in the courts of the Almaty Prosecutor`s Office;
2002 - 2010 – Prosecutor of the division of the Department for Supervision of the legality of the Investigation and Inquiry, prosecutor, senior prosecutor, head of the division for supervision of the legality of activities of public associations of the Department for Supervision of the legality in social-economic sphere of General Prosecutor`s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2010-2011 – head of the division for supervision of the legality in social-economic sphere of the Almaty Prosecutor`s Office;
2011-2012 – head of the division for supervision of the application of the environmental legislation of the Department for Supervision of the legality in social-economic sphere of General Prosecutor`s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2012- 2017 Prosecutor of Almaty district of the Astana city;
2017 - 2018 – Deputy Prosecutor of the East Kazakhstan region;
2018 - 2021– Head of the Department of Justice of Nur-Sultan city;
2021 - 2023 – Director of the Department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023-2024 – Director of the Department of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On December 26, 2024, he was appointed Director of the Department of Organization of Expert Activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
